Because our Services involve personalized preparation, printing, and physical logistics, we follow the rules below regarding refunds and cancellations.
Package Types — What Each Service Includes and Its Cancellation Policy
Each of our three packages involves a different scope of work, and therefore different cancellation and refund rules. The table below summarizes the differences, and the details underneath explain each package individually.

1. Standard Delivery (Single Prayer)
A simple and meaningful way to send your prayer directly to the holy site. The service includes printing of the personal prayer, physical delivery and placement at the site, and one photo confirming that the note was placed. The confirmation photo is sent by email within a few business days. Out of respect for the privacy of other worshippers, the photos focus solely on your note. You may cancel for a full refund as long as the note has not yet been printed or handed over to the on-site team.
2. Monthly Blessing Subscription
An ongoing spiritual connection: each month, an updated prayer or blessing is printed and placed on your behalf. The method of documentation is determined by the contact method you selected at checkout — email recipients receive a confirmation photo, and WhatsApp recipients receive a short video from the holy site. Billing is monthly and recurring, and you may cancel at any time up to 48 hours before the next billing date. No prorated refund will be given for a month that has already begun, but any prayers we committed to for that month will still be delivered as usual.
3. Personal VIP Prayer Experience
A personal, exclusive prayer ceremony, recorded especially for you or your loved ones. The service includes printing and placement of the prayer, a representative reciting your name (or the names of your loved ones) and the prayer on-site, and an HD close-up video of the note being placed, sent by email and WhatsApp. The recitation is limited in length according to the holy site's guidelines. The service is subject to local filming restrictions — no filming or deliveries take place on Shabbat and Israeli holidays, and orders received on these dates will be processed on the next business day. Once production or filming has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
General Refund Rules
Delivery Timeline and Commitment
We commit to printing, delivering, and physically placing your documented prayer request at the holy site you selected within thirty (30) calendar days from order confirmation and payment processing.
A delivery confirmation, including a photo of the prayer at the chosen site, will be sent to the email address you registered upon completion.Refund Eligibility Rules
Given the personalized and customized nature of the Services, refund eligibility is determined by the stage of fulfillment:
Before printing and logistics: If you change your mind and wish to request a refund before the prayer has actually been printed or assigned to the on-site team, you are entitled to a full refund (100%).
After printing or the start of the delivery process: Once the prayer has been printed, or our team has departed to place it at the holy site, no refund can be issued, as the manual and personalized logistical work has already been performed.
Non-delivery within 30 days: In the rare case that we fail to deliver the prayer to the chosen holy site and fail to provide the confirmation photo within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase (excluding delays due to closures, extreme weather, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control), you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to arrange a new delivery at no additional cost.
Subscription Cancellation (Recurring Monthly Subscription)
If you signed up for a monthly or recurring subscription:
You may cancel the subscription at any time by contacting us at myjewishprayer@gmail.com or through your account interface.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current prepaid billing period. You will not be charged for the following period.
No partial or prorated refunds will be given for remaining days in an active billing month; however, any prayers we committed to for that paid month will still be delivered within the standard 30-day timeline.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, email our support team at myjewishprayer@gmail.com with the following details:
Your full name and registered email address.
Your order number or unique transaction number.
The purchase date and the selected holy site.
Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, etc.). Please note that bank processing times before the credit appears in your account may vary.
Consumer Rights Under Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to reduce, circumvent, or limit any consumer rights granted under the laws of the State of Israel or under the law applicable in your place of residence that cannot be waived by law.
